Match Preview: Bradford Park Avenue V Stourbridge FC Saturday 25th November

Bradford Park Avenue are looking forward to welcoming Stourbridge FC to the Horsfall Stadium for the upcoming FA Trophy game.

Mark Bower is hoping for a good run in the FA Trophy as he prepares the team to join the competition in Saturday’s third qualifying round.

Stourbridge play their football in the Evo-Stik League Premier Division and are currently seventh in the league. However Bower is expecting a tough tie against the Glassboys and has begun his homework, saying: “They have a good away record in their league this season and they beat Alfreton Town in the FA Cup.”

“They are pushing for promotion to our league and you only have to look at the two clubs that won promotion from their league last season, Blyth Spartans and Spennymoor Town, to see that there’s very little to choose between the divisions. We’re treating this game as we would any against a team from our own league because we know they have as much quality as any of the sides we play week in, week out.”

Following repair work to the recently damaged floodlight kick off time will return to 15:00 for the game. Admission prices will be the same as league games at £10 for Adults, £7 for Concessions, £5 for Students and £2 for Under 18’s. Please note Season Tickets will not be valid for this game.

We look forward to seeing you at the game.
