After discussions with Spennymoor we are excited to confirm that this weekends FA Cup 2nd preliminary round game will go ahead. The caveat is that there are no further central or local government restrictions and that both squads remain infection free.
Kick off at the Horsfall will be 3.00pm and is unfortunately deemed to be behind closed doors as per the FA instructions regarding fans for this round.
We will be streaming the game live on our platform from 2.55 pm with Mick ‘the game caller’ Gledhill, and fingers crossed not a window in sight!
The cost for streaming which we hope will help cover some of the costs of putting on the game will be £5.
Good luck to both teams, will be great to finally see a competive game of football after such a long break
