Bradford (Park Avenue) is on the lookout for passionate and dedicated individuals to strengthen our recruitment team. If you have an eye for talent and a deep understanding of non-league football, we have two exciting opportunities for you to contribute to our club’s future success.

Head of Recruitment (First Team – Part-Time, Paid)

Are you passionate about identifying talent and building a competitive squad? We are looking for a Head of Recruitment to lead our scouting and player recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a recruitment strategy aligned with the club’s objectives.
  • Identify and assess potential player signings for the first team.
  • Build a strong scouting network and liaise with key contacts in the football industry.
  • Work closely with the first-team management to understand squad needs and priorities.
  • Maintain a database of potential targets and provide regular reports to the coaching staff.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in scouting or recruitment within football (non-league or professional levels preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of player assessment and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Passion for non-league football and an understanding of the Northern Premier League landscape.
  • Availability to attend matches and scouting assignments.

This is a part-time, paid role, offering an opportunity to be a key part of our club’s future success.


First-Team Scout (Voluntary)

Are you an enthusiastic football analyst with an eye for talent? Bradford (Park Avenue) is seeking a volunteer First-Team Scout to assist in identifying potential players who can strengthen our squad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend matches at various levels to scout potential players.
  • Provide detailed reports on player performance, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Head of Recruitment and coaching staff to recommend players.
  • Assist in building a comprehensive scouting network.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Knowledge of non-league football and emerging talent within the region.
  • A keen eye for identifying players who fit the club’s playing style.
  • Strong observational and analytical skills.
  • Commitment to attending matches and submitting reports regularly.
