Bradford (Park Avenue) will host Hallam FC, in their first home competitive game of the 2026-27 season, on Tuesday 25 August (7.45pm).
The Avenue continue to build their confidence, with three consecutive wins in the Pitching In Northern Premier League East and The Emirates FA Cup, respectively.
Following an impressive victory away to last season’s league winners; Guisborough Town, Bradford narrowly defeated recently-relegated Stocksbridge Park Steels in midweek. At the weekend, Craig Elliott’s side made the trip across the border to face Mossley AFC, and secured a comprehensive 4-0 victory at Seel Park. Goals from Charlie Winfield, Scott Duxbury, Robbie Fox and Marcus Carver secured the Avenue’s place in the First Round Qualifying Draw.
Opponents; Hallam FC, have been unfortunate to get only one point on the board, despite good performances on the pitch. The Countrymen travel to West Yorkshire, having opened their campaign with a solid 1-1 draw against Bridlington Town, before suffering close defeats to North Ferriby and Guisborough Town.
Last season, the Avenue made an early season journey to South Yorkshire, earning a 1-1 draw, thanks to a stunning strike from Prince Ekpolo. Later in the campaign, Bradford defeated their opponents; 1-0, with a fine effort from Kareem Hassan-Smith, at the Horsfall Community Stadium.
