We offer a professional working environment, detailed around player development.
On the pitch, we have UEFA B licenced coaches that take pride in developing players. The team competed in the National Youth League and during 2025-26, both our teams finished second in their respective divisions.
During the week, we host detailed and specific sessions at the Horsfall Community Stadium, to prepare the player for games on a Wednesday. Thursday and Friday. Plus, we offer recovery sessions and match analysis sessions to help the players develop and analyse their own performance.
We have a direct pathway into our Reserves team, with 17 players featuring for the reserves and seven players making the step up to senior football, playing step five and six in the non-league pyramid.
The reserves play in the West Yorkshire League, and in their inaugural season, achieved promotion from Division 2 to Division 1.
