Craig Elliott’s side return to league action, and play their second game in three days, with a visit to local neighbours; Ossett United, at Ingfield on Bank Holiday Monday (3pm).
So far, the Avenue have maximum points from their league campaign, scoring nine goals in three games and conceding only three. After an impressive start to the season, Bradford have a game in hand on Liversedge FC, who have won all of their previous four league matches.
The Sheepicorns, led by former Avenue striker James Walshaw, have enjoyed a strong start to the 2026-27 season. After overcoming Abbey Hey in the Emirates FA Cup, our opponents secured narrow victories against Consett AFC, Matlock Town and Liversedge FC in the league and Emirates FA Cup respectively. Their only defeat came last Tuesday, when they were defeated 2-1 by Beverley Town.
Both teams suffered defeats at the weekend, and will be looking to bounce back and return to winning ways.

The best way to follow the Avenue is being there on the terraces. The management and players appreciate you travelling away from home in recent weeks, and it was great to hear the Green Army in fine voice at Stalybridge Celtic.
