We can today confirm the signing of Oli Norman, who joins the Club on a deal until the end of the 24/25 season. 

Oli has previously been on the books at Bradford City, and has also spent time at Stocksbridge Park Steels, Harrogate Railway, Tadcaster Albion.

At Tadcaster, Oli finished the 23/24 season as their top goalscorer, claiming 25 goals throughout the campaign

As a youth he also featured for both Bradford City’s u18s, and Leeds United Youth team. 

On the signing, Danny Whitaker had this to say;

“Brilliant to get Oli signed, he’s a player who we’ve scouted thoroughly since I’ve come in.

“He’s got lots of hunger to progress having come up through the academy system but has then gone and got men’s football from an early age.

“I truly believe we can help him progress and the quality he’ll add is very important also.”

We can today confirm the signing of Paddy Sykes, who joins us on a deal until the end of the 24/25 season. 

Paddy is a known goalscorer in Bradford, having previously played for Campion, where he made a total of 134 appearances and scored 67 goals. 

He also has extensive experience at Littletown, Howden Clough, Harrogate Railway and Emley. 

On the signing, Sporting Director Thomas McStravick had this to say;

“We are delighted to get Paddy on board. We have had eyes on him since we got our scouting team together and he has been a key target for us. 

“I have watched him and so has Danny. We like what we see and look forward to seeing him in the green and white.”

We can today confirm the signing of Harry Colville, who agreed terms this week on a new deal until the end of the 24/25 season.

He made 36 appearances for the Green Army last season, scoring once in the FA Cup vs Blyth Spartans.

Prior to last season, Colville had previously played for the University of West Alabama as a Freshman, making 16 appearances. He later graduated to Sophomore and made 11 more appearances, scoring once.

First Team Head Coach Danny Whitaker had this to say on the signing:

“Fantastic to resign Harry who’s got all the tools to progress as a player especially with the experience he gained last season, think we only saw a brief glimpse of Harry’s capabilities last season.

“I’m very confident he’ll become an integral part of the squad for the upcoming season.”

Harry Colville also had this to say;

“Delighted to be given the opportunity to sign on at BPA for next season, playing under Whitt’s again.

“I can’t wait for the season to start and get us back to where we belong.”

We can today confirm the signing of Striker James Hanson, who earlier this week agreed terms on a deal til the end of the 24/25 season.

Hanson adds a great deal of experience to the squad, and will be vital in our push for a strong finish in the Northern Premier League East Division.
