Club News: A Message From Thomas Ogden

You may have heard already, but today is my last day at Bradford (Park Avenue). I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone for the last (almost) five years! It’s been an incredible journey since I first came in as Media Manager, and later stepping into the Operations and Media role.

Looking back, we’ve been through a massive amount together. I started out working under Calum and Martin Knight, with Bows and Bosh in the National League. From there, we went through the tough double relegations with Bows and then Whits, and now we’ve just been challenging under Craig Elliott in the NPL East. Missing out on promotion in the final was gutting, but what a season it’s been overall.

This definitely isn’t a permanent goodbye, though. I’m excited to see what squad we build in the summer, and I will hopefully be at a few games throughout the season, even if I will be thoroughly enjoying having some weekends off for a change! I think I will still be involved with the club somehow in the future, but we will see what happens.

I will be at Horsfall volunteering for AveyFest this weekend, so hopefully I’ll see plenty of you there to raise a glass and say a proper cheers in person.

All the best for the season ahead, and thank you all again for an amazing five years.

Cheers 🍻

Thomas Ogden
