Bradford (Park Avenue) AFC are looking to recruit a dedicated and ambitious Assistant Manager to join our newly promoted Reserves team management structure for the upcoming 2026/27 season.
Following a phenomenal campaign that saw Owen Murphy and Ian Franks guide the development squad to promotion in style, the club is looking to add a driven individual to the coaching staff to help build on this success. Please note that role is voluntary.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring coach looking to work within a semi-professional club environment, contributing directly to the development of our pathway players at the Horsfall Community Stadium.
The Role & Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Past experience in senior or high-level youth grassroots football is preferred.
- Key Responsibilities: Assisting the manager with matchday preparation, conducting training sessions, and helping to foster a positive, professional environment for the players.
- Attributes: Strong communication skills, reliability, and a desire to help progress young talent into the first-team setup.
