We can confirm that loanees Thomas Angell from Sheffield United, and Will Lancaster from Barnsley have both returned to their parent clubs following the end of their loan deals.
Both players have played vital roles in their respective positions, so a huge thanks to Thomas and Will for their efforts at Avenue, and best of luck in their future careers.

We are delighted to announce that we have agreed a deal with Sheffield United to extend Thomas Angell’s loan until January 3rd 2023.
Thomas first joined us on a youth loan from Championship side Sheffield United on October 7th, and has shown an immense amount of skill in a number of roles.
Angell has gelled well with the lads, never once looking out of place despite being such a young player.
He also made the Vanarama NL North Team of the Week from his first appearance v Curzon Ashton, and we hope to see his name pop up again over the remainder of his loan.
