We are excited to let announce that we have arranged a very challenging test for the team in what will be our last pre-season outing before the season commences. We will be playing Spennymoor Town FC away at Brewery Field on Saturday the 26th of September, kick off 3pm.
This will give manager Mark Bower the hard test he was looking for with Spennymoor having strengthened yet again over the summer on top of what was already a top 6 squad. In an exciting twist it will give two players the opportunity to visit old clubs in our own Jake Hibbs returning the club where he spent the last two seasons and for us to have the pleasure of watching Jamie Spencer strutting his stuff for his new team.
Whilst both clubs wait to see if fans will be allowed to attend it is confirmed that the game will be live streamed in any eventuality, with details to follow.
